Blue Ridge Designs LLC is currently accepting applications for full-time Print Shop Associates to join our apparel production team.

​

No screen-printing experience? No problem!

We provide on-the-job training and are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work as part of a team, and grow with our company. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or screen-printing experience is always a plus—but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Print Shop Associates have the opportunity to learn and work in multiple areas of our production facility. Depending on production needs and assigned responsibilities, duties may include:

• Operating assigned apparel screen-printing equipment to complete production orders accurately and efficiently.

• Pulling, organizing, and maintaining blank garment and product inventory for production.

• Following customer, vendor, and order-specific compliance requirements.

• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet BRD quality standards.

• Packaging and preparing completed apparel and products according to company and customer specifications.

• Performing Value-Added Services (VAS) including hangtagging, folding, stickering, labeling, relabeling, and other order-specific finishing services.

• Preparing completed orders for shipping.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, efficient, and safe work area.

• Following all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

• Assisting in other production departments and learning additional responsibilities as needed.

• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

Workdays, schedules, and hours are subject to change based on production and business needs.

WORK & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Because this is an active production environment, employees may be required to stand and walk for extended periods; use their hands and arms for production-related tasks; bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements; and communicate effectively to understand and follow work instructions.

Certain positions may require employees to regularly lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

​

Some production responsibilities also require close vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish colors accurately.

​

Employees may work around moving mechanical equipment and other typical production-floor conditions. Following BRD safety procedures, training requirements, and workplace guidelines is required at all times.
